Great breakfast every day; when my wife needed a special menu, they just made what she asked in the way she asked; the chef came twice to understand better her needs. The staff at every level was kind and willing to be useful. The location was extremely perfect for our work, and taxis where controlled by the hotel. .

The bed and the pillows were very comfortable. The room was really clean and beautiful!! I requested a blanket and was given a very soft blanket that I enjoyed sleeping with very much! I wish ALL hotels had blankets this soft!!!

Breakfast simply is awesome, I went there to receive some relatives and they were so glad to have all the tastings and flavors in the breakfast. Also the transfer service, it's so convenient and safe

Rooms are clean and new, beds and sheets are quite confortable. Breakfast is very good, good mix of fruit, reds and eggs. Location is perfect for work. Staff is very friendly and accomodating of requests.

I like the location because it's very close to the airport. There's a good shutle service. I usually stay in this hotel on my first night in Ecuador. After that I travel to other places. However the president of Ecuador had just dissolved the government and it was a little dicey getting around town. So I stayed at the hotel and then moved to another hotel very close to the airport.

Close proximity to airport and having requested transfer, met at the airport and driven to hotel. Very professional service, check-in, assisted with bags to room etc. Normal check-out time 12 midday. Restaurant on-site. Staff helpful in providing further transfer to airport on leaving. Room faced inward (or at least not to the roads in front of hotel), and there was little to no noise at night.

We have stayed at this hotel many times. The staff is always helpful and friendly. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The location near the airport and Mall del Sol is ideal.

The location is excellent. Big mall basically across the street with everything one may need. Great for flights to/from GYE airport.

The staff was great and very accommodating. I used the shuttle service to pick me up at the airport very late, 11:30 pm, and the driver was right on time as I cleared immigration. I also flew out the next day and I was able to use the gym in the afternoon after I checked out and had dinner at the new restaurant on the rooftop of the Wyndham Garden.

we returned to the hotel after our 3 week road trip. At that time, We had asked, if we could watch the Super Bowl on Jan 12 in the hotel, and they delivered!!! We could watch in Spanish in the restaurant and in English in our room. Transport to/ from airport worked fine, when he had to return our rental car. Breakfast good.
